We are currently looking for a Romanian-speaking Recruiter to join our team in Tienray.
Key requirements
• Fluent Romanian and good command of English
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a structured way
• Good computer skills (experience with systems, MS Office, and administrative tools)
Responsibilities
• Recruiting and matching candidates to job opportunities
• Maintaining regular contact with employees and supporting them during employment
• Conducting interviews and managing candidate data
• Handling administrative tasks and working with internal systems
• Acting as a point of contact for employees and clients
What we offer
Working hours:
• Monday – Friday
• Occasional evening meetings (up to 19:00), compensated with shorter working days
Salary: €2500 – €2800 gross per month
Experience in the agricultural sector or a similar environment is a plus.
