What will you do?
As an agricultural worker in the Netherlands, you can work in different environments depending on the project. This includes greenhouses, open fields, and simple production jobs.
In greenhouses, you will work with crops such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers. Your tasks may include planting, caring for plants, harvesting, and preparing products for further processing.
In open fields, the work can involve planting, harvesting, and general fieldwork. You may also work with vegetables like leeks, including sorting and preparing them for shipment.
This is a physical job where you will often stand, walk, bend, and lift. Working conditions can vary – you may work in warm environments (greenhouses) or outside in different weather conditions.
About the client
We are a recruitment agency specialized in providing jobs in the agricultural sector in the Netherlands. Our office is located in Tienray, and we work with reliable and well-established companies in regions such as Venlo, Maasbree, Asten, and Horst. We offer stable employment in greenhouses, fields, and production environments.
We support our workers throughout the entire process – from arrival to daily work. Our coordinators speak Polish, Ukrainian, and English, and our reception team can assist you in Bulgarian, Ukrainian, and Russian, ensuring clear communication and support at every step.

Requirements
What we expect from you
- Willingness to work in agriculture (greenhouses, fields, or production)
- Good physical condition and motivation to work

- Ability to ride a bicycle (required)
- Basic English is a plus
- Driving license is a plus
