We are looking for a Team Leader / Production Employee to join a greenhouse plant production company. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating a team of employees while actively participating in daily production and cultivation activities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of 2 to 25 employees.
• Assigning and monitoring daily tasks.
• Training and onboarding new employees.
• Monitoring quality, productivity, and work progress.
• Supporting production planning together with the production management team.
• Operating, adjusting, and monitoring production machinery.
• Performing plant cultivation and crop care activities.
• Checking production schedules and production lists.
• Identifying deviations in production processes or plant development.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Supporting all production processes when needed.

This position combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on production work. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes responsibility, and is willing to lead by example on the work floor.

• Salary between €14.99 and €21.01 gross per hour, depending on experience.
• Approximately 38 working hours per week.

• Experience in horticulture, agriculture, plant cultivation, or greenhouse production.
