The work takes place in a professional horticultural production environment specializing in the cultivation and production of vegetable and herb seedlings. We are looking for candidates with machine operating experience who can independently monitor production processes, adjust machine settings, and respond to technical issues when necessary.

Main responsibilities include:

• operating and adjusting the PERS machine,
• monitoring production process parameters,
• changing and adjusting machine settings,
• identifying and solving minor technical malfunctions,
• monitoring product quality,
• preparing materials for production,
• cleaning and maintaining machinery,
• preparing pallets for shipment,
• operating forklifts and internal transport equipment,
• following safety and hygiene procedures.

This position requires responsibility, independence, and a strong technical mindset.
