What will you do?
We are looking for motivated production workers to join a modern herb production and packaging facility in Venlo, the Netherlands. The position involves packing fresh basil and supporting the packaging process in a food production environment.
The work requires attention to detail, technical awareness, and the ability to work in a dynamic production team.
Operating and adjusting packaging machines
Monitoring the packing process
Packing basil products (also manually when needed)
Cleaning and basic maintenance of machines
Supporting different tasks within the production process

Our Client, based in Venlo (Limburg, Netherlands), is a leading grower and supplier of fresh potted herbs.
They cultivate 17 different species of aromatic herbs — from basil and chervil to coriander and chives — serving both consumers and professionals across retail and foodservice.

Requirements
What we expect from you
Experience operating packaging machines
Basic technical knowledge
Experience in production work
Forklift or EPT experience is an advantage
Good physical condition
Willingness to work shifts (between 04:00 and 21:00) and occasionally on Saturdays
Good knowledge of English, German, or Dutch due to safety and work instructions
