What will you do?

As an Operator, you are responsible for the production process of aluminum cans and lids (puszki aluminiowe) for can packaging. You operate and monitor machines, ensure the supply of aluminum sheet material, and carry out precise quality checks on both cans and lids. Your role is crucial in keeping production efficient and ensuring all products meet quality standards. On a typical workday, you set up machines, check materials, and oversee the entire production line for both aluminum cans and lids. You work closely with colleagues from production and logistics and always follow all safety and hygiene regulations. Requirements
What we expect from you
- Minimum of primary education completed
- 1 to 2 years of experience as an operator or in production
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Motivated, proactive, and reliable
- Presentable and flexible regarding working hours and shifts (shift work)
- Able to perform lifting and bending work
- Willing to commute by bike or car to work
