What will you do?
We are looking for employees to work in a greenhouse company in Venlo, the Netherlands. The company specialises in growing young plants and cuttings that are later delivered to growers and horticultural companies.
The job combines greenhouse work with machine operating tasks. You will help with the production process, support greenhouse activities and operate machines used in plant cultivation and production. We are looking for motivated candidates with technical skills or experience working with machines.
About the client
Our client is active in greenhouse horticulture and specialises in the propagation of young plants and cuttings. Work takes place in a professional greenhouse environment where quality, accuracy and efficiency are very important. Modern machines are used to support the production and cultivation process.

- Gross hourly wage of €14.71- €15,61 per hour
- Weekly salary payments
- Approximately 38–40 working hours per week
- Shift work between 06:00 and 23:00

Requirements
What we expect from you
- Experience in horticulture or greenhouse work is an advantage
- Technical skills and experience operating machines
- Motivation to work and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and ready for physical work
- Accurate and responsible work attitude
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to work in a warm and humid greenhouse environment
- Safety shoes are mandatory
- Driving licence is an advantage

The work takes place in a greenhouse and production environment. Your tasks may include operating and adjusting machines, checking machine performance, identifying minor technical issues and supporting greenhouse work with young plants and cuttings.
The greenhouse environment can be warm and humid. The work can be physical and repetitive. No work at height is required.
