What will you do?
As a versatile production employee, you'll be responsible for carefully packing fresh herbs at a modern facility in Venlo. You'll set up the automatic packer, box folder, and box stacker, and oversee the process. You'll ensure that work is carried out neatly, safely, and according to the highest quality standards. Experience operating packing machines is a big plus, as is an affinity with the food or vegetable sector.
On a typical day, you'll prepare and set up machines, monitor the packing process, and manually pack products when needed. You'll work closely with colleagues, help clean and maintain the machines, and assist wherever necessary on the production floor. Flexibility is essential; shifts run between 4:00 AM and 9:00 PM, sometimes on Saturdays.

Requirements
What we expect from you
- Full-time availability (38-40 hours per week)
- VMBO-level education or equivalent
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in Dutch, German, or English
- Physically fit; comfortable with physical work
- Flexible with shift times (between 4:00 AM and 9:00 PM, sometimes Saturday)
- Accurate, eager to learn, reliable, and a real team player
- Experience operating packing machines is a plus
- Experience with forklift/EPT is a plus
