What will you do?

As a Production Line Engineer, you are responsible for keeping our production lines running optimally. You’ll handle maintenance, repairs, machine resets, and improvements for our equipment and installations. This hands-on technical role combines practical work with troubleshooting and ongoing process improvement.

On a typical day, you begin with a handover from your colleagues in the previous shift. You check key machines, carry out preventive maintenance as scheduled, and respond immediately to any breakdowns. You’ll work closely with operators and other technicians, analyze technical problems, and provide quick, sustainable solutions. You’ll also keep logs up to date and report your findings. In addition, you’ll actively participate in improvement projects and support colleagues in optimizing the production line.

Requirements

What we expect from you

  • At least an Associate Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a complex production environment
  • Experience with maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production machinery
  • Good command of the English language
  • Able to work according to technical procedures and guidelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Independent, proactive, and quality-focused
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
  • Able to safely use electrical and maintenance tools
  • In possession of (or willing to obtain) VCA and NEN 3140 certificates
