Wat ga je doen?
As an Allround Employee +, you will work in a glasshouse environment and perform a broad range of activities related to vegetable plant production. In addition to standard allround tasks, this position also includes grafting (enting), which requires extra precision and handling skills.
Your main activities include:
Grafting (enting) vegetable plants
Potting vegetable plants
Topping vegetable plants
Placing sticks into pots
Clipping vegetable plants
Packing vegetable plants
The work requires accuracy and concentration, as you are handling fragile products. All work is carried out indoors in a warm and controlled environment.
You will work an average of 40 hours per week.

No cucumber, paprika or tomato allowed at the workplace
Safety shoes are mandatory
Always park your car backwards
Read and understand the “10 Life Saving Rules” before starting
Always bring your clock card to work; without it, hours cannot be registered
Saturday is considered a working day, although the company tries to limit Saturday work
