Wat ga je doen?
As a Pepper Bell Worker, you will perform specialized crop tasks involving topping, turning and cutting pepper bell plants. This work takes place at height and requires experience, accuracy and physical stamina.
You must already have experience with topping, turning and cutting—this is not a beginner position.

The company operates in greenhouse horticulture and specializes in the cultivation of bell peppers. Work takes place in a modern glasshouse environment where precision, speed and quality are essential. The tasks require technical skill and experience with crop maintenance.

Gross hourly wage €14.40 + higher rate possible for proven experienced workers
Full-time contract (38–45 hours/week)
Stable long-term work from February–December
Employment under the Greenhouse CAO (GTB-Jum)
Jeans and work shirts provided by client (must be changed at location)
Clear work instructions and guidance
Employment through a reliable Dutch staffing agency

No fear of heights
Available from February until December (full season)
Experience with topping, turning and cutting pepper bell plants is required
Romanian-speaking candidates (not only Hungarian)
Balanced team requirement: 50% men / 50% women
At least 1 in 5 workers must speak English or German
Ability to perform physical greenhouse work
Must wear safety shoes (mandatory)

Workers receive jeans and shirts and must change at the client location
Holidays must be taken between mid-June and mid-July
Work takes place entirely in the greenhouse
Precision and performance are closely monitored
