    Stichting Normering Arbeid (Labour Standards Register)

    NEN 4400-1 is the hallmark of the Stichting Normering Arbeid (SNA). This certification applies to employment agencies and (sub) contractors. It shows that our records are in order, that we pay  our payroll and sales taxes on time (see Sequential Liability Act by clicking here) and that our employees are permitted to perform work in the Netherlands. The SNA inspects twice a year whether we meet all obligations. By clicking here you can search in the SNA-register on the name Sun-Power. That way you will have a valid certificate NEN 4400-1 of this organization available at all times. To be fully assured of the hiring liability you must meet several conditions. These conditions are:

    • The client must pay 25% of the invoice (including VAT) on the G-account of the employment agency. In case of deferment of levy of the VAT it is 20%.
    • The administration of the client is organised in such a way that the information relating to the agreement, the extent of liability (man-hours administration) and payments can be recovered immediately.
    • The client must be able to prove the identity of the hired worker and, where applicable, demonstrate that the employee has a valid residence or work permit.

    Stichting Normering Flexwonen (SNF)

    The Stichting Normering Flexwonen (foundation for flexible housing standards, or SNF) administrates the register of companies that meet the housing standard for migrant workers and at the same time maintains that standard.

    Sun-Power offers its foreign employees good  residential accommodation so that they can live and work comfortably. The accommodation is fully equipped and SNF-certified. The SNF checks annually to ensure proper housing.

    Veiligheid en Gezondheid Checklist Uitzendorganisaties (VCU)

    VCU is the Dutch abbreviation for SHE (Safety, Health and the Environment) Checklist Contractors. The VCU system is intended to provide a safe and healthy work environment for temporary workers. Sun-Power meets all the conditions of the VCU checklist. With the VCU-certificate, Sun-Power can provide staff to VCA-certified companies and can guarantee the safety and health of its employees.
